Creating An Email Account
Creating an email account in cPanel is a very straightforward process. You'll need to do this so that you can begin using you@yourdomain.com for your emails and for people to communicate with you.
The first step is to log-in to your cPanel - go to the GTGHosting client area, click 'Hosting Accounts' and click your account in the list. On the next page, click 'Login to cPanel'.
Once logged in to cPanel, you'll see a page full of icons. Scroll down and click 'Email Accounts'.
Click the +Create icon
From here, you can then enter the email address you'd like to create (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) and set a password on the account. When you have entered the required information, click 'Create' at the bottom. You will now have created an email account you can use - either through webmail (https://yourdomain.com/webmail) or through your email client like Outlook or Mac Mail.
The username to enter is the full email address, and the password is the password you entered when you created the account. The server type is 'IMAP' and the server hostname to enter is 'mail.[yourdomain.com]' (where [yourdomain.com] is your actual domain name).
As always, let us know if you get stuck or need any help with the email address creation process.
